Seminar: " Teaching your child to sleep like a baby"

Description: Two Day Parenting Seminar Dealing with sleep and crying patterns in children up to six years of age. In English and Greek. Representative of the Walk to the Sun group, Thalia Panayidou, will be jetting over to present the seminar. A teacher of baby yoga and massage, she specializes in giving regular parental care workshops in Greece. In the first part of the upcoming event, parents will learn about the technicalities of sleep and the biological workings of the body when it comes to rest. They’ll find out how many hours a child needs to sleep for, what constitutes good sleep, and how they can best deal with restlessness in the middle of the night.
